Plan-Do-See has nine hotels in Japan and overseas. Each hotel has its own characteristics and personality, but we have created each one with the thoughts and values we put into it, the characteristics of each land, the history of the building, and the stories that only each place has. We will create hotels filled with hospitality that everyone involved in wonderful places in Japan and around the world can be proud of.

We will take your reservations in advance and manage your information.

We will greet you at the main entrance and guide you around the hotel.

FRONT

We will smoothly carry out check-in and check-out procedures, explain the facilities, and respond to all customer inquiries in a courteous manner.

We clean the rooms where our guests stay and always create a comfortable space.

This has been one of the things we have always valued since our founding. At Plan-Do-See, a wedding is not just a ceremony. We unravel the feelings of the bride and groom to create their future. We hope that on this special day, the couple will connect with their loved ones and deepen their relationships one by one. Through six meetings, we will put into words feelings that are usually difficult to express, and gently push you towards a future that is unique to you.

BRIDAL FAIR INFORMATION

For couples considering a wedding, we will ask about their wishes and provide suggestions for a party that suits the couple, the appeal of the venue, items related to the wedding, and our specialties in the food.

WEDDING PLANNING

Based on the couple's thoughts and images, we will make suggestions regarding the day's progress and items (food, cameras, video, flowers, etc.).

BRIDAL FAIR PLANNING AND ADVERTISING

We will launch advertisements on your company's website and plan the content to be published in various media, including Zexy.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

We develop and select various items that will be carried over to the wedding, such as the wedding course menu, paper items, and wedding favors.

EVENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

We plan and manage various events such as workshops on how to create the best wedding and item fairs.

RESTAURANT

There is
no manual for
our services.

What kind of food would please our customers? What kind of drinks would they be happy to have? What kind of service, and at what price range, would make them happy? We always keep these thoughts in mind when developing dishes, when actually cooking them, and when delivering them to our customers.

Our Restaurants

WAITER

You will be in charge of guiding customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, etc. We will coordinate to ensure that the approximately two-hour mealtime is as satisfying as possible.

RECEPTION

You will be responsible for disseminating information online and for everything from attracting customers to taking reservations. You will also be responsible for allocating seats throughout the day, and during business hours, you will be in charge of welcoming customers and guiding them to their seats.

BARISTA/BARTENDER

You will be in charge of making all kinds of drinks, such as latte art during cafe time and cocktails during dinner time. You will also make cocktails and latte art on the spot according to customer requests.

KITCHEN

We divide the staff into different sections depending on the type of dish (appetizers, pasta, main course, etc.) and prepare the food after receiving an order from the customer. We are also in charge of cooking for weddings and corporate banquets.

PASTRY CHEF

In addition to creating desserts for restaurants, we also create desserts for parties and wedding cakes.

MARKETING &
SALES

Marketing & Sales

We offer a wide range of

We accept orders for and implement parties and MICE* other than weddings held by private companies, various organizations, and individuals.We also hold events sponsored by our store, such as outdoor movie screenings, Halloween, and Christmas seasonal events.

*MICE is an abbreviation for business events.

RESORT AREA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

A project is underway to develop one of Japan's leading ski resort areas and a beach resort in an incredible location in collaboration with local stakeholders.

STORE DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS

Plan-Do-See not only operates stores, but also develops hotels and restaurants. Using our accumulated know-how, we plan from the design and construction stage to create the most comfortable store for both customers and employees.

COSMETICS DEVELOPMENT

They sell cosmetics made from domestically produced placenta, with a thorough focus on quality. Plan-Do-See has always thought about how to make people shine the brightest, with a focus on weddings. From the perspective of cosmetics as well, they aim to provide products that will bring out the best in people.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS

We develop a wide range of products in-house, from take-out sweets for our stores to gift-giving sweets and soup stocks, to retail products with the desire to "offer even more wonderful things."

ORGANIZATION CONSULTING BUSINESS

Based on the know-how we have accumulated since our founding on how to "enable each employee to work in the most lively manner," and our track record of being ranked in the "Best Companies to Work For" ranking for 10 consecutive years, we also provide organizational consulting to other companies.
