QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Those who have graduated from university, completed graduate school, graduated from junior college, or are expecting to graduate from vocational school
*Applicable to all faculties and departments
*Those who have graduated within the last three years are eligible as second-time new graduates.

 

International students
*After being hired, we will apply for and obtain a "Technical, Humanities, and International Services" visa with our support.
*All interviews will be conducted in Japanese only.
*This program is for those who have obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level or higher.
*For prospective vocational school graduates, this offer is only available to those whose major in Japan is "Hotel, Tourism, and Service-related."
(As this is a visa for "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services," the employment will be in the "International Services" category, primarily involving interpretation, etc., therefore, a connection to your major is required. Please be aware of this in advance.)


SELECTION PROCESS

STARTING SALARY (UNIVERSITY GRADUATE)

Generalist position: 330,000 yen
Area-based position: 270,000 yen


STARTING SALARY (VOCATIONAL SCHOOL GRADUATES)

Varies depending on the work area.
Kanto region: 277,000 yen Nagoya: 267,000 yen
Kansai: 270,000 yen Fukuoka: 250,000 yen


ABOUT GLOBAL LEADERS

Starting salary: 510,000 yen *Annual salary system, includes bonus
The usage period of 6 months is 310,000 yen.
Requirements: TOEIC score of 900 or higher
This is a newly established, limited-time position designed to recruit and develop talent who will be active overseas.
Your initial assignment will be to the kitchen department.
After being assigned to a position, you will spend the first five years learning cooking, product development, and restaurant management at a Japanese restaurant in Japan. Then, you will be transferred overseas, including to the United States, where you will be responsible for the development and management of overseas restaurants.
