The advantage of receiving an early job offer is that you can focus on what you want to do until your fourth year of university.
If you finish job hunting early, you can focus on what you want to do until your fourth year. For example, you can broaden your horizons by studying abroad or doing a working holiday, devote yourself to club activities until the end, or concentrate on studying for your future. Part-time work for accepted applicants is a special opportunity only available to those who have received early job offers.

- 2. Watch the on-demand information session (please see the automatic reply email)
- After applying, you will receive an automatic reply email immediately. From there, you can watch an explanatory video about the company and how to work. You can watch it at any time from your smartphone or PC.
- 3. If you think, "I want to work here!", apply
- If you are interested in the company's atmosphere and values, please go ahead and fill out the application form. It's okay even if you haven't yet decided why you want to work there.
- 4. Start with a casual interview
- Instead of jumping straight into the selection process, you will first have a casual interview with a staff member. This is a time where you can openly discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
You can also choose when to join after graduation with the "join anytime" option!
At Plan･Do･See, we also have a system that allows you to "join us anytime" so you can finish up anything you've left undone.
The start date after graduation can be April, June, or December.
With our "Join Anytime" system, you can start whenever you want, allowing you to freely use your time after graduation for things like studying abroad or traveling.
