RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

  • Q1: I'd like to know more about the selection process.
Please apply after attending the company information session. The selection process is as follows: 1st selection: Document screening → 2nd selection: Group interview → 3rd selection: Individual interview (Note: The number of interviews may vary depending on the individual.)
  • Q2 Where will the selection process take place?
For in-person interviews, whether for new graduates or experienced hires, we will conduct the interview at a Plan・Do・See store as close to the applicant as possible. For online interviews, we will use online conferencing applications such as Zoom. The method will be described when you select your interview date, so please make your selection at that time. Please note that there is a limited number of seats available, so we may not be able to accommodate your request.
  • Q3 Do you hire international students?
Yes, we do. We do not have a specific recruitment quota for international students, so please attend our company information session and then apply through the application form. However, all interviews will be conducted in Japanese only. Applicants must have a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level or equivalent communication skills. *The work visa issued after hiring will be a "Technical, Humanities, and International Services" visa. *For those expected to graduate from a vocational school, only those vocational schools in Japan specializing in hotel, tourism, or service-related fields are eligible. (This is because employment will be on an international services visa, primarily for interpreting under the Technical, Humanities, and International Services visa.)
  • Q4 Please explain the difference between generalist positions and regional positions.
Generalist positions offer flexibility in terms of work location and job type, while regional positions limit your work location. Regional positions are available only in Nagoya, Kansai, and Fukuoka, and you will work at one of the stores located within those areas.
  • Q5 Is it possible to visit alumni?
    Unfortunately, we do not.
  • Q6 Are there opportunities for overseas transfers?
There is a possibility that you may be transferred overseas. After joining the company, you will start your career in a domestic store so that you can embody the products that our company offers in Japan. However, there are many opportunities to work overseas regardless of experience, so if you are interested, please let us know your thoughts during the interview.

SINCE JOINING THE COMPANY

  • Q1 How are assignments determined?
During the interview, we will ask you about what you want to do in the future and the working style you would like to have. After you receive a job offer, we will confirm this again through an assignment interview and consider your first assignment based on your wishes.
  • Q2 Is this a workplace where women can thrive?
This is a company where there are many opportunities for challenges regardless of gender. We have an environment where we can expand our potential, take on various challenges, and grow so that we can all work toward our goals together without being judged by gender.
