This is a newly established, limited-time position to recruit and train personnel who will be active overseas.
Your first assignment will be in the kitchen.
After five years of working at a Japanese restaurant in Japan, you will learn about cooking, product development, and restaurant management, and then be transferred to an overseas location, including the US, where you will be responsible for the development and management of overseas restaurants.
