* There is no selection of jobs at the time of entry. After the job offer, we will decide after an interview.
Global Leader Positions (Nationwide and Limited Positions)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Those who have graduated from university, completed graduate school, graduated from junior college, or are expecting to graduate from vocational school
*Applicable to all faculties and departments
*Those who have graduated within the last three years are eligible as second-time new graduates.

*All interviews will be conducted in Japanese only.
This course is aimed at those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at level N3 or above, or who can communicate at an equivalent level.

SELECTION PROCESS

After attending the company information session, please submit the application form within 7 days.
Document screening → Interview (multiple times)
*The number of slots available for both in-person and online selection is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation.
*Please note that the number of interviews and the period required for selection will vary depending on the individual in order to ensure a better match.

STARTING SALARY (UNIVERSITY GRADUATE)

General position: 326,000 yen
Area job: 266,000 yen

STARTING SALARY (VOCATIONAL SCHOOL GRADUATES)

Varies depending on work area
Tokyo: 273,000 yen Nagoya: 263,000 yen
Kansai: 266,000 yen Fukuoka: 246,000 yen

ABOUT GLOBAL LEADERS

Starting salary: 506,000 yen *This is an annual salary system, and includes bonuses
6-month usage period: 306,000 yen
Recruitment requirements: TOEIC score of 900 or above
This is a newly established, limited position to recruit and train personnel who will be active overseas.
Your first assignment will be in the kitchen department.
After being assigned to this position for five years, you will learn about cooking, product development, and restaurant management at Japanese restaurants in Japan, and then you will be transferred overseas, including to the United States, where you will be responsible for the development and management of overseas stores.
