We are a hotel management company that develops, directs, and manages hotels, inns, restaurants, weddings, business consulting, and other businesses that take advantage of regional characteristics throughout the world.

None of the stores we work on are the same, and we create them while respecting the culture, history, and stories of the town.

This management policy is costly and time-consuming.
That's why we have created a valuable space that only we can do.

We have started accepting reservations for company information sessions for students.

We want you to get a closer look at the Plan-Do-See spirit that cannot be fully conveyed through our website or Instagram.
With this in mind, we will deliver our reality from a new angle that has never been seen before.
Candid interviews with the new president and frontline employees, as well as a Q&A session with you all.
You'll be able to discover the new Plan・Do・See with the most special content ever upgraded.

★No grade level restrictions! We are currently hiring people of any grade level.
We welcome all students, from first-year students to fourth-year students, as well as those graduating in 2027. Please feel free to come and join us as your current self!

At the company information session held in person in December

We have received many requests for additional sessions from students who were unable to attend due to the full capacity.

We have decided to hold in-person company information sessions nationwide in April with limited seating.

*This event will be held at a Plan-Do-See store, so please come and experience the store atmosphere.

Each store we operate has its own unique concept and design, and no two are the same.

This is a renovation of a famous building, and we have opened many stores in a location that has long been loved by local people.

We will continue to expand our business in Japan and around the world, enhancing the value of our cities and creating and evolving spaces that are comfortable for everyone involved.
