What makes this job special
1) Use English to deliver Japanese weddings to the world
Each Plan・Do・See venue carries the story of its region and the legacy of its architecture—history and culture that can only exist there.
With Japan’s four seasons, cuisine, aesthetic sensibility, and thoughtful details at the core, you’ll help international couples turn their vision into a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
2) Work with freedom: Remote × Flex
Most meetings with overseas clients happen online, so remote work is absolutely possible.
You’ll be on-site only when needed—site inspections and event-day execution—while doing the rest of the planning from the environment that works best for you.
With a flexible schedule, you can also handle time-zone communication smoothly and sustainably.
3) Your event / party planning experience translates directly
What we’re looking for is real execution—being able to design a plan, align all stakeholders, and deliver a flawless day.
Run-of-show planning, creative direction, vendor coordination, and schedule management—your event/party production experience becomes a powerful advantage here.
Even without wedding-specific experience, the planning and proposal skills you’ve built in the field will shine.
4) Recognized as a top “Best Companies to Work For” workplace
Plan・Do・See has been ranked in the “Best Companies to Work For” list for 10 consecutive years, and has earned #1 in the Women’s Category for three consecutive years.
Our management structure, evaluation system, and benefits are designed with care and consistency—so you can grow in a supportive, well-built environment.
