What is a Global Leadership Position?
Demand for Japanese food overseas is increasing year by year, and the number of Japanese restaurants has increased six-fold in the last 15 years. However, it is said that only a small proportion of these restaurants can serve authentic Japanese cuisine. This is because there are only a limited number of people who have a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and are capable of developing and managing restaurants overseas.
The Global Leadership Program is a program that develops first-class talent both as chefs and managers. Why not become a leader who will lead the way in "delivering Japanese hospitality to people all over the world"?
Expectations for overseas expansion are growing year by year, with the restaurant receiving Michelin star recognition in New York and Florida.
Plan-Do-See has 13 locations overseas and is highly regarded overseas. The Japanese restaurant "Azabu" has been awarded one Michelin star in New York since 2008, and the Miami store will be awarded one Michelin star in 2022 and 2023. In order to embody "Japanese hospitality to people all over the world," Plan-Do-See plans to continue to actively expand its overseas operations.
