    Collaboration with top chefs

They can also go directly to chefs' restaurants to learn as trainees, accompany them on tours of production areas, and the possibilities with chefs are endless.     Overseas activities

    We operate various types of stores overseas, mainly in America and Asia. Plan-Do-See is focused on human resource training, and employees are entrusted with a variety of projects, including lecturing at Indonesian universities, opening hotels, and developing menus for new stores. The company supports visa applications, and the company has an internal recruitment system based on merit, so everyone has an equal chance to take on new challenges. There are also opportunities for overseas training several times a year, providing great opportunities to broaden your horizons.

    Life-work balance

    We believe that we can do good work only if we are healthy both physically and mentally in our private lives. We have nine days off per month (eight in February), as well as five days off in winter and summer. A typical work day is a nine-hour shift, with eight hours of work and one hour break. Of course, there are busy periods such as Christmas and New Year's, so we adjust overtime hours within the team to keep a good balance.

Simply put, the food we are currently serving is not perfect. We believe that nothing is ever complete, and that it is important to always think about how to make the food even more delicious when working on our products.
