How did you meet Plan-Do-See and what made you decide to join?
During my university days, I came across the riverside dining at THE RIVER ORIENTAL, which can be seen from the Kamo River in Kyoto, and that was my first encounter with Plan-Do-See (hereafter referred to as PDS).
I was fascinated by the space and atmosphere, and naturally became interested in it. At the same time, a senior colleague whom I admired had received a job offer from PDS, which gave me a big boost and made me think, "I want to work for this company."
There were several factors that led me to join the company, but the biggest one was that PDS had products that I really liked.
Furthermore, during the interview, I was treated sincerely as a person, and the time I spent there helped me realize what I have valued up until now and what I want to value in the future, which was truly invaluable, and I am truly grateful.
What kind of work are you doing now?
I am engaged in marketing with the goal of making Plan-Do-See's products and services known to as many customers as possible and delivering their value.
Specifically, I am responsible for strategic planning, photography direction, web media production, and advertising planning in order to maximize the appeal of the spaces and services created by PDS and expand our opportunities to connect with customers.
Utilizing my many years of experience in attracting customers in the bridal sector, I am now working with on-site members to tackle customer attraction issues not only for bridal but for all businesses, including hotels and restaurants. I am still in the middle of this challenge, but I am learning every day and working hard to achieve even the slightest result.

What are the moments in your work that you feel are rewarding?
Because we are a team with such an important mission, we always feel a positive amount of pressure while working.
I think seriously together with our on-site team members who directly interact with customers and with our partner companies, and combine not only factual data but also the intuitive aspect that PDS values, "I am one of the customers," while also taking on challenges that are not bound by convention and adapt to the changing times. This is what makes my job so rewarding.
The work is very broad, and by working together with colleagues and taking on new challenges, you and your team can grow and evolve at high speed, depending on your attitude.
I think the moments when you can feel your colleagues' growth and evolution are also a unique attraction of this job.

Please tell us about the atmosphere and appeal you feel after actually working here.
Anyway, the people you meet are all really nice people.
The atmosphere at PDS is energetic yet cheerful, enriching not only your work life but also your personal life.
At the core of each of our colleagues is a sense of pride and love for our products and our colleagues, which bonds us together.
That is why we have a culture of never being satisfied with the present and always continuing to challenge ourselves to "create a better future."

Please tell us about your future vision.
We aim to be a team that can contribute to the further growth of PDS.
To achieve this, we would like to enhance the intellectual property of PDS x Marketing, which combines PDS's pillars of "real customer service and experience" with "web technology."
And beyond that, we would like to extend this value beyond the boundaries of PDS to hospitality companies around the world.
We would like to enrich the future of hospitality through the power of marketing disseminated through PDS.
