Both my roles as a wedding planner and as a mother are what keep me going.

How did you first encounter Plan-Do-See? What was your vision at the time?

I met Plan-Do-See (PDS) at a company information session that a friend took me to.At first, I listened to the talk without knowing anything about the industry, but I was shocked by PDS.I am the type of person who is very passionate about something, sowhen I was looking for a job, I applied to about 100 companies, butI continued to look for companies that moved me.The axis of my job hunting was "to continue living my best life."Up until now, I have continued to do anything because I love it, so it was the best time because I was doing it with serious colleagues. That's why, even during my job hunting, I was able to empathize with the story of how the product was born, and I was looking for the same values that I valueand PDS was able to empathize with all of that.

In the first place, my values are that I liked thinking about what would make customers happy and acting on it while working part-time in customer service, and those values were important not only to me as a part-timer but also as a person. At the time, I was also applying to the cosmetics and lingerie industries, which I like, but even though I like them, I wasn't moved by them, and when I wondered why,I realized that it was because I wasn't direct with the customers. After all, when I thought about continuing to live my best life, I wanted to do it with people who were serious about it.I realized that it's not about putting yourself in a good environment, but rather about whether you can create a good environment for yourself.

Both my roles as a wedding planner and as a mother are what keep me going.

What makes you glad you joined PDS

Living my youth in any environment. Always having fun from the bottom of my heart. Ialmost think of working as a hobby. The time when I was a planner at THE LUIGANS was the hardest, when the planners were in charge of everything from bringing in the dresses to checking the delivery of the wedding favors.Looking back, it was a tough time with few planners and no room for complaints, but I still spent my days feeling fulfilled despite my busy schedule.

At the time, a senior colleague I respected told me that when you're immersed in something, the enjoyment that comes from that "high" is important, and I've always believed that.

The members of PDS are all trying to make today better than yesterday, and Ibelieve that the hard work they put in now will serve as nourishment for them in the future. Theyare watching out for them, so I thought it was important to truly enjoy each moment.

The feedback I received was filled with love, which is why I was able to recover quickly.

What kind of company is PDS in one word?

A company that enriches your life.Even after 11 years of working here, I have never once thought about quitting. I haveexperienced many different emotions while working, suchas enjoying what is in front of me and being grateful to the people around me, as well as frustration, happiness, and enjoyment. I have also learned the joys of food and travel, and this is a company that has enriched my life overall.

What is PDS like for you?

It's my hobby.Working is a part of my life that refreshes me.Refreshing from work is raising children, and refreshing from raising children is work.I've come to feel this even more since becoming a mother.

Because my working hours are limited, I think about how much I can spend with my team members during that time. I've started to think more about whether I am a trustworthy person.I feel that the quality of my work is better than it was before I became a mother. It was the same when I was raising my children; I was able to give them twice as much love in the limited time I had, and after becoming a mother, I was able to create a better cycle. But that only works because the team members around me understand.

My boss and the other members are working hard to make sure we get the answer right. It wouldn't work if I was the only one running around, but I feel reassured because everyone is working as if it's their responsibility, andthey embody the idea of a team that can do without me, rather than one that can't do without me.

Both my roles as a wedding planner and as a mother are what keep me going.

Future Vision

I think women are often affected when their life stage changes, soI want to prove that changing life stages doesn't mean giving up something. The more you keep running, the less likely the "now" moment will come, so instead of weighing work and child-rearing against each other, I believe children learn about society through the way their parents live. Therefore, it's important for them to see that while you're working. Before I became a mother, I was anxious about the unknown, and there were times when I thought I had to give up, but my way of thinking changed after becoming a mother.

I'm the type of person who is good at getting to the bottom of things in front of me, soI think that my future VISON will be to show that.
