Q1I would like to know more about the selection process.

Please apply after attending the company information session.
1st selection: Document screening → 2nd selection: Group interview → 3rd selection: Individual interview
(※ However, the number of interviews varies depending on the individual.)
Q2Where does the selection process take place?

In the case of face-to-face interviews, whether for new graduates or experienced candidates, the selection interview will be held at a Plan-Do-See store as close as possible to the interviewee.
If you are meeting online, use an online conferencing app such as Zoom.
The method will be explained when you select the selection date, so please select it at that time. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of seats is limited.
Q3Are there any employment opportunities for international students?

There is.
We do not have a specific quota for international students, so after attending the company information session, please apply through the application form.

However, all interviews will be conducted in Japanese only.
This course is aimed at those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at level N3 or above, or who can communicate at an equivalent level.
Q4What is the difference between general positions and area positions?

General positions are a work style in which you can work without choosing a work location or job type, while area positions limit your work location.
Area positions are only available in Nagoya, Kansai, and Fukuoka, and you will work at one of the stores in the area.
Q5 Is it possible for alumni to visit?

Unfortunately, we do not.
Q6Are there any overseas transfers?

There is a possibility that you may be transferred overseas. After joining the company, you will start your career in a domestic store so that you can embody the products that our company offers in Japan. However, there are many opportunities to work overseas regardless of experience, so if you are interested, please let us know your thoughts during the interview.

During the interview, we will ask you about what you want to do in the future and the working style you would like to have. After you receive a job offer, we will confirm this again through an assignment interview and consider your first assignment based on your wishes.
