  • Q1 I don't have much cooking experience. Is that okay?

    Don't worry. You will start by learning things that even beginners can do, such as food preparation and plating, and steadily improve your skills.
    With the education system and know-how that has been built up over the 25 years since our founding, hundreds of people have grown into professional chefs.
    Even part-time workers have five days off in summer and winter.

  • Q2 I get the impression that restaurants don't take many days off. Can I get a proper rest?

    We guarantee 9 days off per month. We have a monthly shift system, so you can also have weekends off and have private time.

  • Q3 I would like to have a broad career. What possibilities are there?

    It is possible to move up to full-time employment. Some members have gone from part-time to full-time employees and even kitchen managers.
    In addition to promotion, there are various other options available to you, and if you wish, you may be able to transfer to other areas, not just the Fukuoka area, but also Tokyo, Kyoto, Kansai, Nagoya, etc.
    There are also other challenges, such as opening new stores, working in overseas stores, and shifting to sushi or eel restaurants, so you can draw up various career plans according to your wishes.

*Those who wish to become pastry chefs may also be asked to experience the cooking department.
(This will be determined based on experience and store staffing).
We welcome those who wish to gain experience in both the kitchen and as a pastry chef.

WORKING HOURS

6:00~24:00 (Depending on shift)
* Scheduled working hours: 8 hours/day

SALARY

Hourly wage: 1,000 to 1,300 yen
The position will be decided based on experience and ability.

*Transportation expenses will be provided (up to a maximum of 50,000 yen)
