You will be responsible for hotel front desk duties, telephone reservations, and room management.
THE MARK GRAND HOTEL is conveniently connected to the station, and offers a variety of rooms to suit your needs, from spacious rooms suitable for one person to family-style rooms.
This is a very rewarding job, as you will be helping and proposing ways to ensure that all customers have a comfortable stay.
Sometimes, we don't just provide services within the hotel, but also provide information on sightseeing spots, directions to nearby shops, and taxi arrangements.
