THE LOUNGE
The dining area features an open kitchen where you can see the chefs in action and enjoy freshly prepared dishes. The menu is based on Italian cuisine, with a French and Japanese twist. Carefully selected ingredients from Kyushu are served with playful cooking techniques.
STEAK HOUSE
We will grill our carefully selected premium ingredients, such as Japanese Black Beef and vegetables from all over Kyushu, with a focus on locally produced ingredients, beautifully right in front of the guests. We will provide thorough training and support until you become a professional griller.
Sushi
A distinctive feature of a sushi restaurant is that the entire process, from preparation, guidance, and serving of sushi, is carried out by a team of skilled chefs.
Because we do everything ourselves, the experience and motivation we gain is extremely fulfilling.
Our goal is to make our customers smile through various forms of communication, such as guiding them to their seats and sushi, conversations during the meal, and casual considerations.
