Management reform at a cosmetics and health food manufacturer in Hokkaido (Hokkaido Natural Bio)
Hokkaido Natural Bio Group is a cosmetics and health food manufacturer promoting health and beauty using natural ingredients from Hokkaido. Plan-Do-See bought out the company from a fund, and is now recreating and executing its brand and sales strategies from scratch.

Adding high value to long-established Izu inns (Ochiairou)
Ochiairou is a ryokan in Izu with 150 years of history and is registered as a national tangible cultural property.
Plan-Do-See took over management of the inn and carried out a major renovation of the inn, as well as a renewal of its design and content. As a result, the inn was selected as Asia's first hotel to be included in the Michelin Guide's "Michelin Key" selection in 2024.
This project aims to further evolve Ochiairou and increase its added value.

Three-year career overview

~2nd month: Training at hotels and restaurants in Tokyo
On-site training at a restaurant (Balcony by 6th) and a hotel (THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL) for one month each

3rd month onwards: Committed to management in a regional revitalization project
After being assigned, you will be assigned to the project site and will be responsible for creating budgets and the PDCA cycle for problem-solving.
The project will involve revitalizing a long-established inn and increasing its added value, as well as cultural reforms related to business succession for a prestigious local company.
In your second year you will be the deputy manager, and in your third year you will be the manager or responsible for launching new regional projects.
Depending on your abilities and aptitude, we also expect to give you responsibility from your second year.
