A Made in Japan wedding event for people all over the world.
Plan Do See is a hotel management company now in its 32nd year, with operations in 51 locations around the world.
From hotels, inns, restaurants, weddings and consulting, we handle everything from planning to management to create spaces and experiences that make the most of the unique characteristics of the region.
Our corporate philosophy is "Japanese hospitality to people all over the world."
We take advantage of historic architecture and locations that are rooted in the local community to continue creating unique spaces.
We will continue to expand our operations both in Japan and overseas, aiming to increase the value of the city while creating and evolving a comfortable place for both visitors and workers.
"I want to have my wedding in Japan."
To couples all over the world
The beautiful scenery and venues are not the only reasons why couples from all over the world want to hold their wedding in Japan.
The attention to detail, honest planning, and aesthetic sense that resides in the cuisine and the space - "Japanese hospitality" itself has made it the perfect experience for a turning point in life.
At Plan-Do-See, we are not limiting this value to the domestic market, but are actively promoting it as inbound weddings (Destination Weddings).
To achieve this, we need a planner who understands not only language but also cultural and expectation differences and can "design" the perfect day.
For overseas clients, holding a wedding in Japan is a big decision in a faraway country, which is why they need professional support they can trust with peace of mind.
Your English skills and practical planning and implementation skills will create trust and excitement for customers around the world.
The appeal of the job

We will create a once in a lifetime experience, overcoming language and cultural barriers.
Your experience as an event planner/party planner will be put to good use.

Plan-Do-See's main wedding venues
Nagoya: KAWABUN
KAWABUN Nagoya's oldest restaurant, with a history of 400 years.
This restaurant once served as Nagoya's guest house, welcoming distinguished guests from both Japan and abroad. Its sukiya-style architecture, created by the skills of artisans who led the Nagoya architectural world, is registered as a tangible cultural property. While cherishing its inherited traditions, it is a facility that disseminates culture as a new gathering place, going beyond the framework of a restaurant.
Kyoto: THE SODOH HIGASHIYAMA
Located in the Higashiyama area, an area dotted with Kyoto's most famous World Heritage sites, this former private residence of master Japanese painter Takeuchi Seiho is nestled amongst a 6,600m2 garden. This approximately 100-year-old Japanese house, filled with the artist's attention to detail, has been renovated while retaining as much of the original design as possible. This is a building where the essence of Kyoto coexists with the extraordinary.
Osaka: THE GARDEN ORIENTAL OSAKA
This hotel is a renovated version of the Osaka City Guest House, which was established by the city of Osaka in 1959 as a state guest house. This prestigious building, based on the aesthetic beauty of modernism, is a masterpiece by Takekoshi Kenzo, who gained fame in the Kansai architectural world. Guests can enjoy a special time surrounded by sophisticated modern architecture and lush greenery on a 13,000m2 site.
THE NANZAN HOUSE
This detached house stands in a corner of the Minamiyama area, one of Nagoya's most prestigious residential areas. Once you step through the gate, you'll find yourself on a vast property of approximately 6,600 square meters. You can enjoy the abundant nature in the beautiful lawn garden, where evergreen trees remain green all year round and seasonal flowers bloom.
