A special atmosphere still permeates this place, where cultural figures and architects once built their villas.
Residence G -Hakone- will be born on this very land.
This is a small, private-house-like inn with 23 rooms, each equipped with a private hot spring bath.
What we want to create is not flashy presentations or excessive service.
It's the excitement, like visiting someone's private home, and a deep sense of comfort, as if stepping outside of everyday life and truly unwinding.

Hotel Service Staff
This job involves greeting guests at the front desk, acting as a concierge, assisting with check-in and check-out, and providing attentive service in guest rooms and throughout the hotel. Your role will be to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Kitchen Staff
This job involves bringing the best of the ingredients to create delicious food in a lively kitchen setting, preparing each dish with care and delivering it to our customers. Even those with no experience can start with confidence, as we provide thorough support.
You can learn everything from the basics of Japanese cuisine to plating techniques through hands-on practice.
Accounting staff
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily, monthly, and annual financial statements, as well as handling all aspects of the hotel's accounting. This is not just simple clerical work; you will be designing a "household budget" from scratch and supporting the hotel from the back office during this historic moment of its opening.
Room Inspector
This job involves managing the quality of the hotel, ensuring that guest rooms and the rest of the building are clean and well-maintained.
