Just creating a building doesn't really increase the value of the city.
The Plan-Do-See Group is involved in a wide range of projects across Japan, from revitalizing inns and resort hotels to developing ski resorts and taking over the businesses of established companies. For the group, "enhancing the value of a town" means nothing less than "creating a sustainable flow of people."
The best part of our job is discovering value in the city that no one has noticed yet, and conceiving and creating "from 0 to 1."
However, it is difficult to perpetuate the value of a town simply by creating a new building.
Rather than ending up with a temporary buzz, we will continue to refine the history and culture of the area through our operations and deliver high-quality hospitality. We will carry out our own ideals with our own hands and connect them to the future of the town. This consistent process is the true development we propose.
We aim to increase the value of the city in a truly meaningful way, from the perspective of business owners (operators).
"It's not just about drawing up a blueprint. It's about the moment when the first drink is served in the space that you designed. You have to witness that scene with your own eyes and be responsible for the overall feel of the operation. We're looking for a manager who loves the workplace."
We believe that what is important for the members involved is not experience, but passion and commitment to the project.

On-site PDCA and performance maximization
Assigned as the on-site project leader, you will take full responsibility for operations. While respecting the traditions of long-established inns and companies, you will drive organizational transformation and mindset reform to elevate them to global service standards.
Building relationships with local stakeholders
You will work closely with government officials, local producers, and key people to build consensus and promote collaboration to "improve the value of the entire area" rather than focusing on a single facility.
Desired talent
