I enjoy working with people who love service and interact with customers every day. Because it is a new store that opened in November last year, it is an environment where we can actively challenge new things, and I myself am working hard every day by setting new goals and making use of my experience at the previous store! I was involved with many members who never say "NO" and continue to face customers thoroughly, and before I knew it, I had been obsessed with service for more than three years. It's all "for the customer." There is no manual for service, so I think it's because it is stimulating to think about and practice services that make customers smile in my own way every day. It's a very warm place where you can not only hone your service skills, but also feel the fun and reward of working at ONETEAM. You won't know until you come! Bringing happiness and excitement to people all over the world
On average, over 1,000 people visit the restaurant every day, and we have many customers from not only Japan but also overseas. It's a wonderful place where we can provide service and value that is tailored to each individual! The members are like a second family to me, they are all warm, energetic, and the best members who care about many things! I am proud to work in a restaurant that can provide delicious food, a wonderful space, and great service to many customers, and I think it is an environment that allows me to develop my own human skills and makes me realize the important things many times! I am sincerely looking forward to the day when I can work with you all in this wonderful place!
