RESTAURANTS

Three restaurants

Gastronomy Grill Francaise & Bar
KEI COLLECTION PARIS (49F)

Gastronomy Grill Française & Bar is a new restaurant opened by Chef Kobayashi Kei, the first Asian chef to receive three Michelin stars in France. Based on the concept of a "playground for adults," this is a theatrical luxury restaurant filled with a lively atmosphere, focusing on carefully selected ingredients and incorporating a playful touch into French cuisine.

[Profile of Chef Kobayashi Kei]
Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1977, he trained at restaurants in Nagano and Tokyo before moving to France in 1999. He learned mainly about regional cuisine at Michelin-awarded restaurants in the south of France and Alsace. From 2003, he worked at Alain Ducasse's restaurant, Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, for seven years, serving as sous chef for about five years. In 2011, he opened Restaurant K in Paris, which won one Michelin star in 2012. In 2020, he became the first Asian French chef to win three Michelin stars.

French Gastronomy
apotheose (49F)

A French gastronomy restaurant on the top floor of TOKYO NODE, facing the SKY GARDEN & POOL. Chef Kitamura Keita, who was awarded a star in France, returned to Japan and is now a permanent resident here to take on new challenges, with the theme of "La Nouvelle cuisine gastronomique de Terroir." In the spirit of learning from the past, he seeks out traditional French cooking techniques that have been passed down, respecting Japanese culture and the characteristics of the region, while creating "memorable dishes" with a new sensibility.

[Profile of Chef Kitamura Keita]
Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1980. From the age of 19, he studied under Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa at "La Napoule" and "Les Créations de Narisawa" for eight years. He moved to France in 2008. After working at famous restaurants such as "Chef Les Anges" in the 7th arrondissement of Paris and "Pierre Gagnaire" in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, he served as chef at "ERH" in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris for about six years from June 2017. In 2019, he was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide France. He has now returned to Japan from France and is preparing to open "apothéose".

All Day Dining
TOKYO NODE DINING (45F)

Located adjacent to the lobby on the upper floors of TOKYO NODE. With the cityscape as a backdrop, this all-day dining restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, from a cafe before or after an event to dinner. With an open kitchen and a lively atmosphere, our restaurant offers a menu based on Italian classics, using carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan. We also have a wide selection of natural wines. We are also planning to develop a collaborative menu for events held at the facility.
