French Gastronomy
apotheose (49F)
A French gastronomy restaurant on the top floor of TOKYO NODE, facing the SKY GARDEN & POOL. Chef Kitamura Keita, who was awarded a star in France, returned to Japan and is now a permanent resident here to take on new challenges, with the theme of "La Nouvelle cuisine gastronomique de Terroir." In the spirit of learning from the past, he seeks out traditional French cooking techniques that have been passed down, respecting Japanese culture and the characteristics of the region, while creating "memorable dishes" with a new sensibility.
[Profile of Chef Kitamura Keita]
Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1980. From the age of 19, he studied under Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa at "La Napoule" and "Les Créations de Narisawa" for eight years. He moved to France in 2008.
