Truly from the heart

Can you handle it?

"I am one of the customers." This is the most important guideline for Plan-Do-See. If I were a customer paying a large amount of money, I would like to deliver a wedding that I would be happy with. Every member of Plan-Do-See feels this way.

Rewarding and easy-to-work environment
A way of working that is fulfilling for both of you.

Plan-Do-See has been ranked in the top 5 for 10 consecutive years in the "Best Companies to Work For" ranking, and has also won first place in the women's division. We are building an organization that prioritizes not only customer satisfaction, but also the happiness of our members.

OUR CHALLENGE

PDS Bridal
Seven challenges

01

Diversity in work styles
Challenge

Plan-Do-See wedding planners have many different work styles. Once every six months, they choose a work style that best suits their work-life balance.

02

Return rate from maternity leave
The challenge to reach 99.8%

Plan-Do-See's return rate from maternity leave is 99.8%. Most wedding planners return to work after becoming mothers. We are constantly improving our work style variations and support system, increasing the number of wedding planners who work long term, and striving to improve quality.

03

At each store
The challenge of product development

Plan-Do-See does not have a product development department at its headquarters. Basically, product development is led by the wedding planners who are closest to the customers, regardless of seniority or age.

04

The challenge of marketing to attract customers at each store

In the bridal industry, marketing is generally led by the head office or the marketing team. At Plan-Do-See, the wedding planners at each store are in charge of marketing to attract customers. One of the characteristics of the Plan-Do-See bridal team is that one department takes on many challenges.

05

Wedding Planner
Taking weekends and holidays off

In the bridal industry, we usually help with wedding receptions on weekends and holidays, so holidays are usually on weekdays. However, Plan-Do-See is challenging itself to provide weekends and holidays to accommodate the changing life stages of our employees.

06

Points to lines
Challenge

The Plan-Do-See Wedding Team offers free workshops such as Family Photos, 20th Birthday Project, Proposal Project, How to Create the Best Wedding, and How to Create the Best Family. Rather than treating the wedding as just an event on the day, we are taking on various challenges with the desire to enrich the milestones of our customers' lives, including before and after the wedding.

07

Towards "listening"
Challenge

Wedding planners are often thought of as professionals who make suggestions. However, we believe that the first step to making suggestions that meet the customer's true needs is to "listen" carefully to what they really want before making a proposal. All wedding planners are challenging themselves to "listen" in order to make even better proposals.

FAQ

Recruitment FAQ

If you have any other questions, please contact us via the application form or Instagram DM.

  • I have no experience in the bridal industry. Is that okay?

Don't worry. Thanks to the education system and know-how we have built up over the 25 years since our founding, even inexperienced and experienced employees have quickly grown into full-fledged planners. In fact, many experienced employees have strengths that they can utilize in their backgrounds, so they often excel in their work. You also have the option of getting used to the work as a planner's assistant at first, without dealing with customers.

  • I have the impression that there aren't many holidays in the bridal industry, but are you able to take proper time off?

We guarantee 9 days off per month. We have a monthly shift system, so you can also have weekends off and have private time. We also have 5 days off in summer and winter.

  • I want to have a broad career. What are the possibilities?

In addition to promotion to bridal manager, there are many other options, such as working as a staff member in the banquet department or switching to a marketing position. Depending on your wishes, you can transfer to other areas, such as Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and not just the Kyoto area. There are also challenges such as opening new stores, working at overseas stores, and applying for new businesses, so you can draw up various career plans according to your wishes.

  • The bridal industry is in an unstable situation due to the coronavirus pandemic, but is the business OK?

Please rest assured. Although there was a temporary impact at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to the continued support of our customers, we have now returned to the same level of sales and profits as before the pandemic.
