I have no experience in the bridal industry. Is that okay?
Don't worry. Thanks to the education system and know-how we have built up over the 25 years since our founding, even inexperienced and experienced employees have quickly grown into full-fledged planners. In fact, many experienced employees have strengths that they can utilize in their backgrounds, so they often excel in their work. You also have the option of getting used to the work as a planner's assistant at first, without dealing with customers.

I have the impression that there aren't many holidays in the bridal industry, but are you able to take proper time off?
