  • WORK LOCATION

    Tokyo/Saitama/Nagoya/Kobe/Osaka/Kyoto/Nara/Fukuoka

    *You can choose between nationwide transfer and area recruitment.

  • WORKING HOURS

    Determined by shift
    * Scheduled working hours: 8 hours/day

  • SALARY

    Monthly salary (starting salary)
    If working in the Tokyo/Saitama/Nagoya/Kobe/Osaka/Kyoto area: 260,000 to 400,000 yen
    If working in the Fukuoka area: 240,000 to 400,000 yen
    *This will be determined based on experience, ability, and current annual salary.

    *Various allowances available
    * Salary increase negotiations twice a year, bonuses twice a year
    *Transportation expenses will be provided (up to a maximum of 50,000 yen)

    Annual income example
    Wedding planner: 5 to 7 million yen
    Bridal manager: 7 to 9 million yen
    General Manager: 10 million yen and up

    9 days off per month *Shift system (8 days off in February only)

    Summer and winter holidays (5 days each)
