PROJECT
"ONE FUKUOKA BLDG." is scheduled to open in Tenjin in spring 2025.
This project has been underway since 2018 as the "Fuku Building Block Reconstruction Project" (integrated development of the former sites of Fukuoka Building, Tenjin Core Building, and Tenjin Daiichi Meiten Building (Tenjin Vivre)).
With the development concept of "Creative intersection - meets different ideas," this large-scale complex building is one of the largest in Kyushu, contributing to the Tenjin Big Bang being promoted by Fukuoka City, and covering a wide range of functions including commercial, business, hotel and conference facilities.
ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL
ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL is a lifestyle hotel located on the 18th and 19th floors, the top floors of ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. It offers views of Hakata Bay and the Fukuoka cityscape, and is fully equipped with facilities such as a lush courtyard, lounge, and sauna.
The facility will include four cafes, restaurants and a banquet hall, and will open as a new location that will lead the vibrant Tenjin area of Fukuoka.
FEATURES
All 41 hotel rooms have balconies, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view of Hakata Bay and the cityscape of Fukuoka.
With a full range of facilities, including a lush courtyard, a library lounge perfect for remote work, and a sauna with a gorgeous view, you can spend your time relaxing as you wish.
On the top 19th floor, there is a dining area that gives you the feeling of dining next to the chef, a cafe bar with a terrace that offers a nice view from the high floor, and a teppanyaki restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected local Kyushu ingredients. There is also a cafe facing the street on the first floor.
