Most of our wedding planners start with no experience. They undergo various training for about six months before making their debut as a wedding planner. Even after their debut, senior employees will provide thorough support as buddies, and we have a system in place to educate them so that they can deliver even more wonderful weddings.

Challenge

There are many different ways to work as a wedding planner at Hotel Castle. Once a year, you choose a work style, taking into consideration your work-life balance at the time.

Return rate from maternity leave
The challenge to reach 90%

Hotel Castle's return rate from maternity leave is over 90%. Most wedding planners return to work after becoming mothers. We are constantly improving our work style variations and support system, increasing the number of wedding planners who work long term, and striving to improve quality.

Wedding Planner
Taking weekends and holidays off

In the bridal industry, we basically help with wedding receptions on weekends and holidays, so holidays are naturally on weekdays. However, Hotel Castle is challenging itself to offer weekends and holidays in response to the various life stages of its employees.

Points to lines
Challenge

The Hotel Castle Wedding team offers free workshops such as family photos, 20th birthday projects, proposal projects, how to create the best wedding, and how to create the best family. Rather than treating the wedding as just an event on the day, we are taking on various challenges with the desire to enrich the milestones of our customers' lives, including before and after the wedding.

Towards "listening"
Challenge

Wedding planners are often thought of as professionals who make suggestions. However, we believe that the first step to making suggestions that meet the customer's true needs is to "listen" carefully to what they really want before making a proposal. All wedding planners are challenging themselves to "listen" in order to make even better proposals.
