The challenge to reach 90%

Hotel Castle's return rate from maternity leave is over 90%. Most corporate banquet planners return to work after becoming mothers. We are constantly improving our work style variations and support systems, increasing the number of corporate banquet planners who work long term, and striving to improve quality.
