WAITER

After customers arrive at the restaurant, you will explain the menu, take their order, and serve them food and drinks. Your job is not just to serve food, but to maintain a good relationship with customers and create a comfortable atmosphere.

Sommelier

We will provide suggestions and services for drinks that go well with food, with a focus on wine. We provide an environment where those who already have a sommelier license, as well as those who are aiming to obtain a license, can grow through practice.

RECEPTION

We will carefully prepare the most suitable seat for each customer, taking into account the reservation and visit situation. The role of escorting customers from the time they are greeted to their seat is an important role in creating the first impression of the restaurant.

Bar Makeup

At the bar counter at El Dorado, we serve cocktails and wines tailored to each customer. This is a place where those who aspire to be bartenders or are interested in drinks can learn both customer service and techniques.
