RESERVATION

We plan your stay by handling reservations via phone or email. As your first point of contact, we will help you get your trip off to a comfortable start.

FRONT

They will be in charge of check-in and check-out and will also be in charge of supporting guests during their stay. As the "face" of the hotel, they will welcome guests with a smile.

Bell Concierge

We support every aspect of our guests' stay, including directing cars and luggage at the entrance, guiding guests in the lobby and guest rooms, and providing tourist information. Since we are on the front lines interacting with a diverse range of customers, not just those staying at the hotel, careful attention to detail and quick decision-making are important.

Room Management

Providing a safe and comfortable space through cleaning guest rooms and managing equipment is an important job that builds the foundation of hospitality.
