QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
We welcome those with no experience. (Those with experience will be given preference.)
*All interviews will be conducted in Japanese only.
This is for those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at level N2 or above, or who can communicate at an equivalent level. -

SALARY
Monthly salary: 171,000 yen to 300,000 yen
*Determined according to our company regulations, taking into consideration experience and ability.
*Overtime allowance and night shift allowance will be paid separately
Transportation expenses will be paid up to a maximum of 670 yen per day and 15,000 yen per month
*Not applicable to those whose commute distance is less than 2km
Other various allowances available
Salary increase once a year
Bonus twice a year based on performance -
HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
107 days per year, depending on shifts (from April 2025)

* Those who are within 3 years of graduation are eligible as second new graduates.

Those who are expected to graduate from graduate school
Monthly salary: 220,000 yen
* Overtime allowance and late-night work allowance are paid separately.
Transportation expenses (670 yen per day, 15,000 yen per month) are paid up to the maximum amount of money
* Those who commute less than 2 km are not eligible.
