KUMAMOTO HOTEL CASTLE
This is the "best" hotel overlooking Kumamoto Castle, and has been in business for 65 years. It was built in October 1960 as a place to stay for the Emperor and Empress, who were attending the Kumamoto National Athletic Meet, and brought together the efforts of the Kumamoto political and financial circles at the time. Since then, it has welcomed guests as Kumamoto's "guest house."
Our corporate philosophy is "Bringing Japanese and Kumamoto hospitality to people all over the world," and we help enrich the lives of our customers through a wide range of services, including hotels, restaurants, bridal and banquets.
In 2024, we entered into a capital and business alliance with Plan Do See Inc., and are further evolving by expanding our bridal and banquet business, renovating our facilities, and rebranding our culinary department.

RESTAURANTS
We offer a wide variety of restaurants, including Western cuisine, Japanese and Western cuisine based on local production and consumption, and authentic Sichuan-style Chinese cuisine.
A Sichuan/Chinese restaurant that is particular about serving authentic flavors. We use carefully selected ingredients from a wide range of sources, including mountain and sea delicacies, vegetables, meat, and dried foods such as abalone, shark fin, and sea cucumber, to create Chinese cuisine that incorporates our own unique ideas and philosophy.
We offer a wide variety of menu items, from authentic Japanese cuisine to casual one-plate meals. We also offer local dishes unique to Kumamoto, making it ideal for entertaining guests from outside the prefecture.

It is a job that involves sensing the facial expressions and inexpressible signs of the customer in front of you, and creating a time that is just for that person.
KITCHEN
We have dedicated chefs for Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, and we offer a wide variety of dishes for banquets, weddings and restaurants. Among them, the Chinese restaurant "Toukagen" is a special place that carries on the taste of Kenichi Chen, a leading figure in Sichuan cuisine. The Western cuisine restaurant has talented staff, including some who have won gold medals at external cooking competitions. In addition, our group partner Plan･Do･See has a track record of receiving a Michelin star, and there is plenty of stimulating learning opportunities and an environment to enjoy.
